so.... last Tuesday I said that now I got the freaking hat that I've been trying to get for a week that I would try not to play City of Heroes every day. hows that been going for me? well, when I posted that I think I was a lvl 30, or just barely lvl 31. I am now almost a lvl 32, just half a bar to go...... like, 1900 more xp o_O"
that's like one mission..... not even that! half a mission! and I can go to Founders' Falls now too! ^_^
ok.... I guess this is making little sense to pretty much everyone reading this since the only other person I know who plays City of Heroes is Jeff. I got him hooked on MMORPGs!! go me! ^_^
Jeff doesn't understand my obsession over Final Fantasy or Silent Hill or most of the thing I obsesses over, but he understands the joys of MMORPGs and that makes me happy! wheee! and then in October or November we'll get to share in an obsession over City of Villains. OMG, that game is going to be SO cool! I can't wait!! ^_^

my City of Heroes character now looks like a Cabal! ^_^
well, as Cabalish as I can possibly make her look any way.....
SO now that I have reached my goal of getting Shizuko to look like a Cabal I'm probably going to take a bit of a break from City of Heroes, in other words I'll try not to play every day.

I really need to change the layout. I mean I need to change it so it doesn't have any image in it, just colored tables. i would take less time to load and look the same.

NaNoWriMo Post of the Day : Adopt-a-Plot

Well, it's 630pm and Aileen hasn't called me. I guess I'm not going to go take photos for her class project..... I really hate it when she tells me I'm doing somthing on a certain day and then decides not to for whatever reason and forgets to tell me. I just wish she would at least leave a message on my cell phone, e-mail me, comment on my LJ, somthing! plus I could of gone to Santa Rosa with mom today instead of yesterday and gone to the beach party on City of Heroes in Talos! I was sad I missed it ;_;
whatever.....

so instead what I have done today is play City of Heroes (I got to lvl 30, yay!) and write character sheets for this years NaNoWriMo story. I sorta got lazy toward the ends of the sheets, but oh well. I might not actully use all of that any way.

yeah, below I'm just complaining about something that happened in City of Heroes.

So yesterday while I was playing City of Heroes I got a new mission and a temporary power... I guess that power was the new costume you see above and below. At first I was just like "what the..." and then I showed Jeff (cuz we were finally able to play together) and he was like "what the..." and that was basically everyone's reaction. I think a few people tried to attack me since they thought I was a villain, and then they just stared at me. it was the most hilarious thing I have EVER seen in the game! and here's more screenshots.
and no, I don't still have this costume on my character, it disappeared after a while.

ekkk, I'm so excited! I was JUST playing City of Heroes and I saw the octopus! it's another one of those special things. the two that I knew of was the ghost ship and octopus and I was going to consider myself lucky if I saw ether of them. But as luck would have it I saw the ghost ship last night and today I was on my way to some mission that my team was doing and behold, there was the octopus! no one else was there yet, well maybe one or two other people, so I took some screenshots from a distance, but I got closer as more people arrived. and then I ended up attacking it with everyone, it was a lot of fun! this is the sort of thing I've been wanting to do in a MMORPG forever! I mean, ever since I I was playing Asheron's Call I wanted to do some sort of large event and now I finally got to ^__^
it was really fun and I'm glad I got to see it! I also earned a badge! hehe, so happy ^_^
