So I got my eyes check today at kaiser. my contacts are now -2.25 instead of -2.00. So that means since May my eye sight has gotten worse. Not by much, but still worse. makes me sad ;_;
But what makes me happy is that I'm getting a new pair of glasses. they are marchon flexon too! so they are the kind that can bend and stuff. At kaiser I was testing this by banding and twisting the display model and mom kept on looking at it like "EK, your gonna break it!" but of course it snapped back into place. they are SO cool! I can't possible break these glasses! (unless I really tried, which I wouldn't)

I decided to try to color that drawing of Hayama Rei I did like, a year ago.
I am really happy with how this turned out! ^_^

+ parts of this tutorial
+ textures from HERE (I think)
+ circle designs by dearest
+ overlaying this previously colored drawing of Rei (I would link the tutorial I used but I got it in a magazine)
+ and of course, the original sketch

so I decided to try some coloring tutorial that I found in one of my anime magazines and try to color in this drawing. (I also did a couple things in photoshop) I don't really like how it turned out, but I guess it's ok.... not really what I had hoped for... oh well, I'm not very good at coloring any of my drawing.
